Loretta is survived by her husband, Richard E. Loucks Jr. of 46 1/2 years
an Air Force Veteran. Loretta and Richard had no children. Lorri, a Mortgage banker was an El Paso resident for 49 years. Loretta was a very beloved wife.
Loretta was preceded in death by her son Jerry Paugh; her father Robert Stanton Paugh and her mother Lydia Paugh.
A visitation for Loretta will be held Wednesday, October 20, 2021 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Martin Funeral Home East, 1460 George Dieter Dr, El Paso, Texas 79936. Following the visitation will be a graveside service at 11:00 AM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave, El Paso, Texas 79906.
