El Paso-Louis Blancas was called by our Heavenly Father on March 1, 2020 at the age of 67. He was preceded in death by his parents mother Mary Blancas and father Carlos Blancas. He is survived by his son Louis C Blancas of El Paso, his brothers John Bonilla Nebraska, Charles Blancas, sisters Linda Stewart of Dallas and Debra Gonzalez of El Paso.
