Luis was a man full of spirit. He brought energy into every room he entered, and he made sure you knew exactly where he stood. He could be critical at times, yes—but never without heart. Behind every opinion, every joke, and every raised eyebrow was a deep love for the people around him. If he called you out, it was because he believed in you. That was his way of showing care—with honesty, humor, and a whole lot of character.
His greatest joy, without question, was his family. He absolutely adored his nieces and nephews. They were his extended family that he claimed as his own. He showed up for them with love that was fierce, funny, and never half-hearted. He was present. And in a world that moves too fast, that presence meant everything.
To be loved by Luis was to be remembered. It meant you were part of his story—and he was proud to be part of yours.
We’ll miss his voice, his laugh, his stubborn charm, and the way he made you feel like family—always. But we carry him with us in every moment we share a joke, tell the truth without fear, or welcome someone into our lives with open arms.
Thank you, Luisito for the love, the lessons, and the legacy. We love you, and we always will.
