I have known Mr Mack (as I fondly called him) for 14 plus years. He was an honorable and honest man. He enjoyed playing poker. When he spoke of his wife or his family you could tell how much he loved them. One of my favorite memories of him was how happy he was whenever his granddaughter drove him to Vegas. He called her “ his beautiful Uber driver”. The world lost a great man. I will truly miss him. My deepest condolences to the family.

Uncle Mack, you were the bomb diggity! You had a larger than life presence and a sense of humor to match. It was always a holiday when you came to Michigan to visit. Literally, it was usually the 4th of July. I just thought everyone was celebrating you and Aunt Fritzi! I’m so blessed to have such good memories of you. Thanks for being in my life! Give everyone a good squeeze from me on the other side.

I respected and Loved my Uncle Mack, he provided a comfortable good life for my Aunt Fritz and their two daughters, Cheryl and Gail. He was soft spoken and timidly quiet. He enjoyed his gambling as I remember! My personal description of my Uncle Mack was simply this he was "A genuine Southern Gentleman"! I am sure he is reunited with my Aunt Fritz and they can continue on together.
If there are any casinos up there I am sure he has already checked it out!!

I met Mack when I was a young boy around 12-13 years old. He was friends with my father. I was lucky enough to be allowed to watch my father, Mack and a group of other men play poker for hours. It wasn’t until many years later that I actually was fortunate enough to reunite with Mack & believe it or not, play poker with him. I enjoyed his company as a boy and even more so as a man. His sense of humor was infectious and his card skills were admirable. I can’t ever remember a time where I saw him upset even when someone would draw out on him. He was a good man and will be remembered and truly missed. My deepest and most sincerest of condolences to his family. May God rest His soul🙏🙏🙏
