Magdalena Duran “ Nena” 72 was called to heaven on December 1, 2015. Nena was a beloved mother, wife, sister, aunt, grandmother, great grandmother and friend whose beautiful presence will be forever and greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her parents, Marcello and Ramona Ortega, brothers Armando, Agustin and David. Nena is survived by her husband of 55 years Arturo Sr., Children: Leticia, Arturo Jr. (Armidia), Johnny (Sandy), Albert and Robert. Siblings: Manuel Ortega, Carmen Pinon and Refugia Murillo. She is also survived by 8 Grandchildren and 4 Great grandchildren. Nena was an amazing and dedicated woman who set a wonderful example of love for her family. She was also the pillar of strength and foundation of the family that held everyone together. Nena’s kind and caring spirit will live on in all those lives she has touched.
