Mrs. Margarita G. Riggs, 98, passed away on August 20, 2026. Born on February 22, 1928, she will be remembered with deep respect and gratitude for a life marked by steady devotion and a generous, caring spirit. Her faith was a guiding light, and her compassion was felt by those who had the privilege of knowing her. Mrs. Margarita also leaves 20 grandchildren, 45 great grandchildren, 13 great great grandchildren to cherish her memory. She was a resident of El Paso, Texas.
