Maria Concepcion Avila

With heavy hearts and deep gratitude for a life filled with love, we honor and celebrate our beloved mother, Maria Concepcion (Conchis) Avila Casas, who was called home to be with the Lord on February 15. 2026 at the age of 87.

Our mother was the heart of our family — a strong, loving woman whose faith in God guided everything she did. Her love was quiet but powerful, expressed through her prayers, her sacrifices, and the way she always placed her family first. She taught us, her five children, how to love deeply, respect others, and live with strong values and integrity. Through her words and example, she shaped the people we are today.

She welcomed everyone with warmth and kindness, opening her home and her heart without hesitation. Her strength carried us through difficult times, her laughter filled our home with joy, and her faith reminded us to trust God even when life felt uncertain. She loved unconditionally and gave endlessly, asking for little in return.

To us, she was more than a mother — she was our comfort, our teacher, our protector, and our greatest blessing. Her love extended not only to her children but also to their spouses, whom she embraced as her own. Her legacy lives on in the family she nurtured and in the values she instilled that will continue for generations.

She is survived by her loving children and their spouses, along with grandchildren, great grandchildren and other loved ones. Though our hearts ache with her absence, we take comfort in knowing that she now rests peacefully in God’s presence, watching over us with the same unconditional love she gave throughout her life.

Her memory will live forever in our hearts, in our prayers, and in the countless ways she taught us to love one another.

A celebration of her life will be held on Thursday, February 26, 2026 at 11:00 am and internment following at 1:30 at Ft. Bliss cemetery We ask that all who knew and loved her join us in honoring a life so beautifully lived.

Con profundo amor y gratitud por una vida llena de amor, honramos y celebramos a nuestra querida madre, María Concepcion Avila Casas, quien fue llamada a la presencia del Señor el 15 de febrero del 2026 a la edad de 87.

Nuestra madre fue el corazón de nuestra familia — una mujer fuerte y amorosa cuya fe en Dios guió cada paso de su vida. Su amor era silencioso pero poderoso, demostrado en sus oraciones, sus sacrificios y en la manera en que siempre puso a su familia primero. Nos enseñó, a sus cinco hijos, a amar profundamente, respetar a los demás y vivir con valores firmes e integridad. Con su ejemplo y sus palabras, formó las personas que somos hoy.

Recibía a todos con calidez y bondad, abriendo su hogar y su corazón sin reservas. Su fortaleza nos sostuvo en los momentos difíciles, su risa llenó nuestro hogar de alegría, y su fe nos recordó confiar en Dios aun en los tiempos inciertos. Amó sin condiciones y dio sin esperar nada a cambio.

Para nosotros fue más que una madre — fue nuestro consuelo, nuestra guía, nuestra protectora y nuestra mayor bendición. Su amor no solo alcanzó a sus hijos, sino también a sus esposos(a), a quienes recibió como parte de su propia familia. Su legado vive en la familia que formó y en los valores que sembró y que continuarán por generaciones.

Le sobreviven sus amados hijos y sus esposos(a), así como nietos (a), bisnietas /otros seres queridos. Aunque nuestros corazones sienten profundamente su ausencia, encontramos consuelo al saber que ahora descansa en paz en la presencia de Dios, cuidándonos con el mismo amor incondicional que nos dio en vida.

Su memoria vivirá por siempre en nuestros corazones, en nuestras oraciones y en todas las maneras en que nos enseñó a amarnos unos a otros.

La celebración de su vida se llevará a cabo el 26 de febrero a las 11:00 am en la Funeraria Del Angel ubicado en el 8711 Dyer y entierro a la 1:30 en el panteón de Ft. Bliss. Pedimos a todos los que la conocieron y amaron que nos acompañen para honrar una vida tan hermosamente vivida.
