Martha Hutterer

Martha Hutterer, 91, passed away on August 29, 2026, in the comfort of her home surrounded by her loved ones. She was the beloved wife of Frederick Clark Hutterer. Together they shared 64 years of marriage, building a life filled with cherished memories.

Born in Ciudad Delicias, Chihuahua, she was the daughter of Emigdio Sánchez Ruiz and Casimira Gómez Nuñez. Her siblings were Emma Carmen Molina, Emigdio (Chato) Sánchez, Armando Sánchez, José Mario Sánchez, Luis Arturo Sánchez, Oscar Francisco Sánchez, Adalberto Sánchez, Irma Rebeca Ramos, and Nestor Javier Sánchez.

Martha Hutterer later married Frederick Clark Hutterer, and had four children: Frederick Clark Hutterer Jr., Mayte Hutterer Abbott, Ricardo Hutterer and Andrew Hutterer. She was a bright light in her home, a loving mother and wife, a prankster at heart whose laughter brought joy to those around her. A mother figure to many beyond her own family.

She will always be remembered for her loving qualities as a sister, mother, wife, grandmother, and great-grandmother, she touched countless lives and leaves behind a legacy of warmth, strength, and cherished memories that will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her husband, her brother Nestor, her sister Irma, her four children, her seven grandchildren, and her two great grandchildren.

The memorial service will be held on September 10, 2026, beginning at 5:00 PM, with a Rosary at 7:00 pm, at Hillcrest Funeral Home (1060 North Carolina Drive, El Paso, TX, 79915.
