Google brought me here and I am wishing I had found Marvyn sooner. We were jr. high school friends when I lived in El Paso. We had a "club" called the Seven Dwarfs. Obituary and Photo Gallery tell of a talented and beautiful person.

I first met Marvyn in 2005. I had the good fortune to sit by her at a dual language conference in October of 2009. She was truly brilliant and she generously shared implementation techniques I needed for beginning the program in my district. She was happier and more relaxed than I had ever seen her. She mentioned her best friend, Debbie, who made her laugh and appreciate life to the fullest. She showed me pictures of her grandsons- she was so proud!I was so blessed to have known her. Heaven is much richer since her arrival there.

Ms. Luckett was a awsome person She was always special to me and my family I was happy that I known her since Kindergarden, I would always remember coming to her for any of my problems I had. She would always have candy in the bowl just for me. Then I moved on to middle school I would vist here and there just to go see her. Then high school she was there and I was happy to have her there with me. Then I graduated and now im just missing her because before I left she told me, "Make sure you come see me now." And I never got the chance to go back since I moved foward in my education. I miss you Miss Luckett. I know you a angle now and you with me where ever I go. Rest In Peace
