Mary Lou Escarciga

Mary Lou Escarciga passed on August 7, 2026, at the age of 82, and was a resident of El Paso, Texas. She was born on April 18, 1944, and her family includes her spouse, Luis L. Escarciga, who is deceased; her daughters, Cristina Mace and Irene Escarciga; her grandchildren, Leslie A Mace, Andrew D. Mace, Justin Lee Collins, Timothy R. Campbell, and Gregory A Campbell; and her brothers, Antonio Ortiz, Daniel Ortiz, Ricky Ortiz, and Raymond Ortiz. She is also survived by her sisters, Sarah Manzano, Alicia Anqulo, and Ida Marin, and was preceded in death by her sisters, Laura Ortiz, Delfina Ashley, and Helen Ortiz.

She loved her family dearly. She was incredibly religious, loved her faith and gave her all in everything she did. She worked in retail for AT&T. She loved going camping in her younger years.

A Memorial Visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Hillcrest West, 5054 Doniphan Dr., El Paso, Texas 79932, on August 13, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A Rosary will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Hillcrest West, 5054 Doniphan Dr., El Paso, Texas 79932, on August 13, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
