Melina Alisa Mendoza

Melina Alisa was born in Los Angeles, CA at UCLA Medical Center. She was a spunky kid with a ready smile. She loved all animals and had a big heart for anyone in need. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, St. John’s University, New York NY in May 2016.

Melina was preceded in death by her grandmother Teresa Salas, and uncle Jose Salas Jr., and is survived by her father Miguel Mendoza, mother Maria Salas Mendoza, grandmother Maria Valles, uncle Atanacio Mendoza, aunt Elizabeth Mendoza, stepfather Arnold Davis and her brothers Michael Aaron Mendoza, Austin Davis, and Dillon Lee Davis. She also leaves many cousins who loved and cherished her.

A visitation for Melina will be held Monday, August 18, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Hillcrest Funeral Home, 1060 North Carolina Dr., El Paso, Texas 79915. A rosary will occur Monday, August 18, 2025 at 7:00 PM, 1060 North Carolina Dr., El Paso, Texas 79915. A funeral mass will occur Tuesday, August 19, 2025 at 9:30 AM at St Joseph's Church, 3729 Hueco Ave., El Paso, Tx 79903. A graveside service will occur Tuesday, August 19, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Evergreen Cemetery East, 12400 East Montana, El Paso, Texas 79938.
