Michael Lee Waters, 73, was called home Sunday, March 25, 2018 to be with our Lord. He was a beloved father, grandfather, a U.S. Air Force Veteran, and retired Border Patrol Agent. He is preceded in death by his parents, Lee Owen and Fannie Naomi Waters. Michael is survived by his daughter; Tanya Lea Waters, his loving granddaughter; Savannah Lea Waters, along with extended family to include Maria Waters and stepchildren; Maribel Webber, Frank Baca, and Mark Baca, and numerous friends. A graveside service will be held for Mr. Waters on Tuesday, March 27th, 2018 at 2:30p.m. at Fort Bliss National Cemetery with military honors.
