Miguel Payan, age 73, of El Paso, Texas passed away on Saturday, April 29, 2023. Miguel is survived by his daughters Sandra Cortez; Mary Lou Morales; Erica Garza; and Veronica Muñoz. He leaves to cherish his memory seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, extended family and friends.

Miguel was preceded in death by his father Elias Payan and his mother Elvira Torres Payan.

A visitation for Miguel will be held Friday, May 5, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Memorial service at 7:00 PM, at Funeraria del Angel Restlawn, 8817 Dyer Street, El Paso, Texas 79904.
