Monchi Grijalva

Monchi Grijalva, age 94, of El Paso, Texas passed away on Sunday, January 15, 2023. Ramona-Monchi is survived by her daughters, Alicia M., Hortensia-Tencha, (Wayne Johnson), her sons Roberto A. Jr. (Grace), Raul, (Belinda), Luis, (Martha), Ruben, (Rose), and her beloved pup Einstein. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, extended family and friends who will all treasure her memory. Monchi was preceded in death by her husband Roberto A. Grijalva Sr., and her sister Alicia. A Visitation for Monchi will be held Thursday, January 26, 2023 from 6:00pm to 9:00pm at Hillcrest Funeral Home, 1060 North Carolina Drive, El Paso, TX 79915 with a Rosary beginning at 7:00pm. A Funeral Mass will occur Friday, January 27, 2023, at 8:30am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 2709 Alabama St, El Paso, Texas 79930. An Interment will follow at 10:00am at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave, Fort Bliss, Texas 79906.
