Noemi is survived by her son Jorge Ortega; her daughter Rosalinda Ortega; and her daughter Yvonne Esquivel.
She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
A visitation for Noemi will be held Monday, February 7, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Hillcrest Funeral Home, 1060 North Carolina Dr., El Paso, Texas 79915. A prayer service will occur Monday, February 7, 2022 at 6:00 PM, 1060 North Carolina Dr., El Paso, Texas 79915. A graveside service will occur Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Mt Carmel Cemetery, 401 S Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, Texas 79907.
