

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our mother Nora G. Ramos on August 26, 2024. She was surrounded by her family in her final moments. Nora was a devout Jehovah Witness and a part of the Marwood Congregation. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, daughter and friend. She was a proud 1954 graduate of El Paso High School and was on the tennis team. She worked for the Popular, Mortgage Investment and Dr. Bennett. Her final job being at the International Medical Center where she was able to enjoy her passion for alternative medicine. Our mother would answer calls any day of the week, day or night from patients around the country. She was also a member of PTA throughout her children's school years. Her kindness and sense of humor will forever be missed by all who knew her.
She is preceded in death by her parents Macario and Belen Miranda, husband Enrique Ramos, grandson Joshua H. Ramos, Granddaughter Sarah V. Murray, brothers Hector, Joe, Ramiro, Manny, Roger Barraza, and sisters Gloria Anguiano and Maria Torres.
She is survived by her children Veronica Murray (Kevin), Aaron Ramos, Vanessa Martinez, grandchildren Nathan Ramos, Ian Ramos, Chloe Ramos, Evan Murray, Elijah Martinez, great grandchildren Jacob Ramos and many extended family members to cherish her memory.
We want to thank her beloved caregivers Janeth Saldana, staff at Coral Hills Foster Home Marianne Riachi, Laura, Rocio and Hospice of El Paso. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our mother.
Services will be held on September Thirteenth at Funeraria Del Angel Hillcrest West at 5054 Doniphan with services starting at 10:00 am followed by interment at Memory Gardens of the Valley at 11:30 am.
