Noreen E. Morales was called home to our Heavenly Father on June 6, 2026, surrounded by loved ones. She is preceded in death by her beloved mother, Yolanda A. Erivez, and her father, Salvador D. Erivez. She is survived by her husband, Gilberto Morales. Daughter Emilia G. Morales and sister, Diana Erivez.
Noreen lived her life with passion, joy, and an adventurous spirit. She loved traveling with her husband and embraced every opportunity to experience the world around her. Music was woven into the fabric of her life—whether it was the electrifying riffs of Van Halen and Rush or the global phenomenon of BTS, who quickly became her joyful obsession. On those relaxing evenings she enjoyed cuddling and playing with her grand fur Baby Minnie, who also learned to love BTS. She was also a devoted NASCAR fan, cheering fiercely for Dale Jr. (#88), and an unapologetic, loud-and-proud supporter of her Dallas Cowboys. Game days were never quiet in her home.
Above all, Noreen was a fierce soldier of God. She carried scripture in her heart and shared it freely, guiding others toward a life rooted in faith. Her generosity was boundless; she was always seeking ways to be a blessing to those in need, giving of herself without hesitation.
Her greatest accomplishment—and the role she cherished most—was being a mother to Emilia. Everything she did was grounded in love for her daughter. Every milestone Emilia reached, every achievement she celebrated, Noreen held as her own. She treasured their time together at concerts, on mini vacations, at the movies, or simply enjoying each other’s presence.
Noreen leaves behind nephews, Lorenzo Moncada Jr., Aideyn, Fenix, Jeremiah (Christina), Albert (Pam), Eli and Andy; her nieces, Viveca (Eddie), Isabelle (Isaac), Makaela, Mandy (Fernie) and Bernie, just to name a few. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Services Visitation will be held from 5–9 p.m. on Friday, June 19, 2026, with a Rosary at 6 p.m. Mass will follow on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at 11 a.m. at Hillcrest Funeral Home Chapel on North Carolina in El Paso, Texas.
