Norma was born in El Paso, Texas to Jose Roberto and Maria Elena Turrieta.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Maria Elena.
Norma leaves behind her family, which includes, her loving husband Pablo Jr., two Sons, Richard Andrew Rodriguez and Pablo III, along with their daughters Veronica (George) Gomez and Angelica (Luis) Mancillas. Norma was a proud grandmother to Ashley, Ashton, Dominic, and Alyssa. Norma is also survived by her father, Jose Turrieta, her brother Gilbert (Susan) Turrieta, her sister Nancy (Sam) Sambrano and her niece Alyssa Marie Turrieta and great nephew Joseph Samuel.
A visitation will be held on February 5, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Hillcrest Funeral Home, located at 1060 North Carolina Dr., El Paso, Texas 79915. A rosary service will also take place at the same venue at 7:00 pm.
The funeral mass is scheduled for February 6, 2026, at 10:00 am at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church, 8600 Winchester Rd, El Paso, Texas 79907. Following the mass, a graveside service will be held at 11:30 am at Mount Carmel Cemetery, 401 S Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, Texas 79907.
Norma will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
