Olga Leonor Holguin

Olga Leonor Holguin (Ita), 88, passed away on Friday August 16th, 2024. She was preceded in death by her husband Jose Enrique (Henry) Holguin. They shared 50 years of marriage together. Olga was born in Madera, Mexico in 1936 to Josefina Trujillo Garcia and Francisco Portillo Barrera. Olga studied accounting and worked in banking in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico. Olga will be remembered for her faith in God, love of her family, and generosity. She is survived by her children Henry (Jolene) and Michael (Cristina); Grandchildren Daniel (Travis), Krystina, Esteban, and Jackie. She is also survived by her sister, Refugio Portillo Trujillo and numerous nieces and nephews. A visitation for Olga will be held Tuesday, August 27, 2024 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM with a rosary at 6:00 PM at Hillcrest Funeral Home, 1060 North Carolina Drive, El Paso, Texas 79915. A funeral mass will be celebrated at Corpus Christi Catholic Church 9205 N. Loop Dr. El Paso Texas 79907 on August 28, 2024 at 9:30 AM.Interment will follow at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery at 11:00 AM.
