Oscar Dozal

Oscar Dozal, beloved father, husband, uncle, and father in-law was taken into our Lord’s loving care on August 20th, 2017, peacefully while he slept. He was a live long resident of El Paso, Texas, and member of Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church. He retired from Safeway ice cream department, where he worked for 30 years. He is preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Guadalupe Dozal, his parents, Manuel and Petra Dozal. He is survived by his daughter, Ada Lourdes Barajas, and her husband Robert Barajas. He is also survived by two nephews Robert and Alberto Dozal. A very special thanks to the nursing staff and CNA’s from Del Sol Hospital. Special thanks to Dr. Blas Miranda for his compassion, attention, and professionalism for our father during his illness. Visitation will be on Thursday August 24, 2017, from 5:00pm to 9:00pm at Hillcrest Funeral Home Carolina, with a rosary service at 7:00 pm. Mass will be on Friday August 25, 2017, at 1:00pm at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, 7712 Rosedale Street. Services under the direction of Hillcrest Funeral Home.
