Peggy W Osborn went to be with the Lord on February 22, 2018. She was born in El Paso on June 17, 1927 and attended Houston Elementary, El Paso High, and then graduated from Texas College of the Mines. She taught 1st grade at Aoy, Zavala, and Travis elementary schools. Peggy was a woman of indomitable spirit, a faithful servant of Christ, and a loving mother. She is dearly missed by her daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Paul Griffin
