Piedad B Montes, age 96, of El Paso, Texas passed away on Monday, May 10, 2021. Piedad was born September 4, 1924.

Piedad is survived by son Mario Montes; daughter Maria Orozco; daughter Alicia Montes; daughter Eva Cordero; daughter Anna Handemon; and daughter Victoria Montes; brother Roberto Barela, brother Manuel Barela, sister Dominga Minjarez, sister Lucy Chacon and sister Elizabeth Carter.

Piedad was preceded in death by son Jesus Montes Jr.

Miss Montes also leaves 16 Grandchildren, 31 Great Grandchildren, and 5Great Grandchildren

A visitation for Piedad will be held Friday, May 14, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Restlawn, 8817 Dyer St, El Paso, Texas 79904. Following the visitation will be a rosary at 2:00 PM.
