Rachel Binetzky Frank

Rachel Binetzky Frank, 92, passed away on October 17, 2015. BUBBIE will be dearly missed by family and friends. Rachel was born in Poland, immigrated at the age of five to Mexico. In later later years she met the love of her life, Benny Frank in El Paso where she lived over 70 years. Rachel was active in many national and local organizations. She was preceded in death by her parents Isaac and Leja Binetzy, her brother Ishea Binetzky, and by her beloved husband of 60 years, Benny Frank. She is survived by her children Marian Withnell (Chris), Saul Frank, and Janice Glickstein (Donny), sister Aida Galanter (Lou). Grandchildren Ilysa Morales (Mando), Falynn Baum (Jason), Lee Glickstein, Jeremy Frank, Carly Glickstein, and Gabe Frank. Great-grandchildren Chloe and Cooper Morales and Brody Baum. Special thanks to her caregivers, Chela, Mari Chu, Tomasin, Dr. Dwayne Aboud, and CIMA Hospice. Graveside services will be held on Monday October 19, 2015 at 2 p.m. at Bnai Zion Cemetery. Donations may be made to Congregation Bnai Zion Synagogue where she was a devoted member for over 70 years.
