Rafael Sida, beloved Husband, Father and Abuelito, 88, surrounded by his family joined the Lord on Sunday December 27, 2020. Born May 5, 1932 in Villa Union, Durango to Luz Martinez and Constantino Sida. Preceded in death by his parents, siblings, wife Rosario Sida and son Rafael Sida Jr. Rafael is survived by his sons: Antonio Sida (Elizabeth Sida), Victor Manuel Sida (Rosa Soledad Sida), Carlos Alonzo Sida (Luz Pelayo) daughter: Martha Patricia Sida; niece: Maribel Lopez; six grandchildren: Jennifer Gallinar (David Gallinar), Priscilla Sida, Ryan Sida (Miranda Sida), Toni Elkurdi (Jordan Elkurdi), Allana Sida and Victoria Alejandra Sida; 6 great-grandchildren: Arianna, Isabella, Andrea, Ethan, Alanna and Aliyah. Rafael was a long time resident of El Paso. Rafael retired from Rainbow Baking company and will always be remembered for his strong and never stopping work ethic. Rafael was a strong believer in his Catholic faith and would be found reading his bible every night. He was adored and will be greatly missed.
