Ramon grew up in El Paso, Texas and graduated from Belair high school in 1984.
In the late 90s, he began his career as a truck driver that would carry him through until the end of his life. Although he traveled and visited many exciting places throughout the country for work, his heart always longed to be home. Known for being a well spoken and respectful man, Ramon never hesitated to lend a helping hand wherever he could or give a friend the shirt off his back. He had a charisma about him that made it easy to befriend him and made him well liked by everyone. His hobbies included working on his Chevy truck, (none of that Ford nonsense), MacGyvering different house projects throughout his home and looking for an excuse to grill. Boy, did he love his BBQ!
If you asked Ramon, who his greatest loves were, he would name you three: his dogs, his parents, and most importantly, his two sons.
He loved his two boys fiercely and was so proud of the God-fearing, smart and hardworking young men they are turning into. One of Ramon’s greatest regrets in life was being unable to join the military, but he was able to realize that dream before death by witnessing his youngest boy join the Air Force. One of the proudest moments in his life.
He is survived by his two sons, James Ramon Bradford (26) and Roman Isaiah Bradford (24). He is preceded in death by his beloved parents, James and Zelda Bradford.
James and Roman would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to all who have prayed for their father’s soul, sent prayers of consolation, and donated to help cover the costs of the funeral.
