Ramona H. Garcia

Ramona H. Garcia, 97, of El Paso, Texas, wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She is survived by her loving husband, John J. Garcia Sr., daughter; Maria Stella Moreno and son; John J. Garcia Jr., grandchildren; Crystal Marie Moreno, Gavin Taylor Garcia, and Hunter Bryce Garcia, great grandchildren; Erikk Alexx Moreno, Sisters; Estella Rodriguez, and Virginia Chavez; brother; Ismael Hernandez. Ramona will be deeply missed by family and friends but will never be forgotten. She was an extraordinary woman, who showed us to be humble, simple, respectful, and to make wise decisions in life. She loved God with all her heart and after suffering for many years with medical issues, has gone home to be with the Lord. The family celebrates with her in being joined with her Heavenly Father.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., Thursday, March 19, 2015 at Hillcrest Funeral Home – West. Mass of Christian burial will be Friday, March 20, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. St. Mathew Catholic church, 400 W. Sunset Dr. Interment will follow in Fort Bliss National Cemetery. Vigil service will be Thursday at 7 p.m. at Hillcrest Chapel-Doniphan.
