Mr. Parke was my science teacher back in the early 80's in Minnewaukan. He had such infectious enthusiasm for science, (nature) photography, and computers (Apple IIs), all things I liked as well. He was a great guy and an inspiration for me. (I'm the Minnewaukan science teacher today). Thanks Mr. Parke!

Randy, it has been many years since our lives intersected. You were the best man at my wedding and the best man I knew in college. I will always remember you as the science guy and the years of our friendship at UND are the most treasured of my life. Condolences to all your family and friends and may your journey now be filled with peace.

Mr. Parke will be missed. He was the one who got me interested in studying in the field of science. I thank him for everything has taught me, and for where I am at today.

Mr. Parke will be dearly missed especially by his past students and parents.  He was a wonderful teacher loved especially by our son and many countless other students. I will dearly miss Randy very much. I was introduced to him by my great love Guy. They used to be the best of friends and the three of us had some wonderful times pondering life over dinner and drinks. I will always remember the banter we used to have over our relationships. I taught my first year in El Paso with Randy at Henderson Middle School.  We were instant friends and rivals, I am from Montana and he is from North Dakota. We teased each other a lot about our Northern upbringings. I was fortunate to work with him years later.  He was a great person and a great teacher!!  Prayers to his family and friends.

My sympathy to friends and family.  Randy as a teacher always had smile for you and he loved his Snickers candy bars.  I am glad he had some good retirement years.
