A funeral mass for Raul will be held Wednesday, July 5, 2023 at 11:00 AM at St Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, 7424 Mimosa Ave, El Paso, Texas 79915. Following the funeral mass will be a graveside at 1:00 PM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave, Fort Bliss, Texas 79906.
