Raul Edward Porras, 75, passed away on November 13, 2015 in El Paso, Texas. He was born on September 9, 1940 in El Paso, Texas to Raul Porras & Martha Uranga. He is survived by his mother: Martha Porras; sisters: Christina Porter & Patricia Morales. Funeral Mass will be at 12:30 pm on Monday, November 23, 2015 at Cristo Rey Catholic Church.
