With great sadness and deepest sorrow, we announce the loss of our beloved mother Becky Chavez on March 5, 2021 surrounded by her family at St. Theresa Rehabilitation and nursing Home in El Paso, Texas. Please join us to mourn her in our prayers.

She was born on November 5 1948 in Deming, New Mexico to Anastacio and Esther Bueno Lucero, but lived in Silver City most of her life, currently in Albuquerque.

She was a very caring and loving woman, always thinking of others. And now in paradise with the angels and her beloved husband.

She is survived by her son William Chavez and wife Gina ,son Anthony Chavez and wife Liz, daughter Maria Chavez, granddaughters, grandsons, great granddaughter and great grandson. Her sisters Judy Young and Amelia Lucero, various nieces, nephews, and godchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Guillermo Chavez, great grandmother Concepcion Bueno which she considered her second mom, her parents Anastacio and Esther Lucero her brothers Tony Arenibas (Guero) Augustine Lucero (Chapo)

Services are as followed: Rosary at Hillcrest Funeral Home on Carolina Drive. Mass to follow at 1 p.m. at Saint Raphael Parish 2301 Zanzibar both in El Paso, Texas.
