Richard Granado, 60, passed away Tuesday, June 6, 2017. He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Patricia; Children Chris, Armando, Adam, Amanda, Rebecca, and Brandi; Sisters Margie (John) Esparza, and Elpidia: 6 grandchildren, 2 nieces; and numerous other family and friends who will miss him. He was a classic Car enthusiast. Better said, he was a real “CAR GUY” being able to do anything there was for a vehicle, restoring, repairing, and/or modifying car bodies to a show finish. He was good at welding and construction. His work history took him from sites in Texas, New Mexico, and to Pueblo where he was employed by Colorado Springs Utilities. Richard was a leader that could exhibit calmness in stressful moments. In Richard’s own words He would like to acknowledge all his family and friends who made his life full and complete. A visitation will be held from 4:00 to 9:00pm, with a rosary at 6:00pm, Friday, June 16, 2017 at F.D.A. Martin East, 1460 George Dieter. Services entrusted to F.D.A.
