Riley Nolan Brown

Riley Brown went to be with his Lord and Savior on April 26th 2015. A lifetime resident of El Paso, he was born to Riley Clark Brown and Margaret Nolan Brown on September 28th 1927. He grew up in the Highland Park Neighborhood. A Graduate of El Paso High School, he joined the US Navy at 17 and served in World War II and Korea. He had one job at the State National Bank for 41 years. He retired as Vice President – Commercial Loan Officer.

He attended Cielo Vista Church where he was mentored by the late Johnny Morgan and went on to mentor new members in their Discipleship program. He was preceded in death by his wife of 63 years: Virginia Brown and his son Paul Brown. He is survived by his sons: Noel Brown of Haslet, TX, Mike Brown of Green River, WY and Greg Brown of La Quinta, CA, 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Committal Service will be at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, May 1, 2015 at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery with Military Honors.
