Rodney Allen Phillips, age 79, of El Paso, Texas passed away on Wednesday, November 16, 2022. Rodney was born in Austin, Texas.

Rodney is survived by his wife, Cherry Donnette Phillips; son Rodney Allen Phillips Jr.; granddaughter Danielle Nicole Phillips; and sister Sandra Sue Conrad.

A Celebration of Life service will be held Sunday, November 20, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Westside Church of Christ, 100 Crestmont Dr., El Paso, TX 79912.
