Rodrigo “Rigo” V. Gallegos, 69, of El Paso, TX, passed away on July 1, 2016. Rigo is survived by his wife, Manuela O. Gallegos; sons, Rodrigo “Rigo” and Alberto; daughters-in-law, Thelma and Marina; grandchildren, Lucas, Azriel and Joshua; brothers, Damian and Jose; and sister, Maria. Rigo was born to Jose and Manuela Villareal Gallegos. He was a loving and devoted husband and father. He was a skilled tradesman who built with vision and perfection, and was more than willing to offer his handiwork whenever possible. “Deddy, thank you for showing us what it meant to be an honorable family man, and for teaching us to always show respect to everyone we meet. We couldn’t have asked for anything else from you.
