A visitation for Rosa will be held Sunday, December 16, 2018 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Hillcrest Funeral Home, 1060 North Carolina Drive, El Paso, Texas, following a vigil at 7:00 pm. A funeral mass will occur Monday, December 17, 2018 at 12:00 pm at St Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 10970 Bywood Drive, El Paso, Texas 79936, Graveside service and interment will occur at 1:30 pm at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave, El Paso, Texas.
