Rosa is survived by her daughter Margarita Martinez Ortega. She also leaves behind 9 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren to cherish her memory.
A visitation for Rosa will be held Tuesday, December 5, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a vigil service at 7:00 PM at Crestview Funeral Home, 1462 North Zaragoza Rd., El Paso, Texas 79936. A memorial mass will occur Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at 10:00 AM at St. Frances Xavier Cabrini, 12200 Vista Del Sol Drive, El Paso, Texas 79936.
