

Following in his father’s footsteps, he was a very hardworking Pipeline Engineer for 37 years. He was a devoted father and grandfather with a heart of gold and always willing to help his fellow man. Fabian was a simple and humble man who loved to fish and shoot his guns like a true “Redneck Cowboy” would. He always taught from the heart and was an inspiration to those around him
He was preceded in death by his father Warren Thompson. He is survived by his mother, Mary Ann Thompson; the mother of his children, Lilia Elizabeth Thompson; his daughters: Brisa (Michael) Zimprich, Denise Thompson (Jose), and Chantell Thompson (Chris); grandchildren, Chloe E. Bernard and Jonas C. Banda; brothers, Quanah and Cory Thompson; sisters: Pam Hughes, Deanna Paine, Karen Bates and Jennifer Thompson. A Memorial Rosary will be held at 9:30am with Memorial Mass beginning at 10:45am, Monday, March 9, 2015 at St. Mark Catholic Church located at 11700 Pebble Hills Blvd, El Paso, TX 79936. Interment will be private at a later date.
