Ruth Looney, 83, passed away peacefully in her home on July 20, 2015. She was a long time resident of El Paso, and was a faithful member of Eastridge Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Edward C. Looney. Mrs. Looney is survived by one son Ed Looney of El Paso, and one daughter Vicki Kirby of Waco. She is also survived by three grandchildren, Jordan Looney, Dylan and Chase Kirby; two brothers George and Bill Fonville and one sister Louise Williams all of Wichita Falls. Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2015 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm at Funeraria del Angel Martin East, with Funeral service at 7:00pm.
