She is survived by her husband Larry M. Rodriguez; sons Nicholas Rodriguez and Charles J. Rodriguez; grandchildren Quincy Rodriguez and Xandri Rodriguez; siblings Gerardo Soliz, Javier Soliz, Raul Soliz, Alfredo Soliz, Norberto Soliz, Ramon Soliz, Martin Soliz, Angel Soliz, Rodrigo Soliz, Bertha Galindo, Blanca Castillo, and Guadalupe Kelly.

Visitation for Sandra will be Monday, September 28, 2026 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a Vigil Service at 6:00 pm at Crestview Funeral Home, 1462 N Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, Texas, 79936. Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at 10:00 am at San Elizario Catholic Church, 1556 San Elizario Rd, San Elizario, TX 79849. Interment will follow at 11:45 am at Mt Carmel Cemetery, 401 S Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, Texas, 79907.
