Silvia was born to parents Esequiel (Zeke) Peña and Margarita (Maggie) Porras-Peña on June 20, 1974 in El Paso, TX. Silvia was the proud mother of Kable Monroe, 17 of Dallas, TX, Scarlett, 10 and Maddox House, 9 of Austin, TX.
Silvia was also very committed to her children and their education making sure they worked hard on their studies and placed them in classes to prepare them for their future.
Silvia was in the food service industry for many years and was an amazing cook. One of her favorite things to do was to bake and cook with her children, family and friends.
Silvia is survived by her children Kable Monroe, Scarlett and Maddox House, father, Esequiel (Zeke) Peña and step-mother, Debra, her brothers Michael R. Peña of Austin, TX., and Dustin J. Peña and wife, Teresa of Odessa, TX., and nieces Alexus and Jaycee, nephew Esequiel L. Pena, ex-husband, Greg House, Fiancé, Michael Peevy, and many aunts, uncles and cousins. She is preceded in death by her mother Margarita (Maggie) Porras.
A Rosary will be held at Martin Funeral Home on Resler Dr. in El Paso, February 9, 2019 at 2 p.m. A reception to follow.
