Tomas is survived by his wife, Rosa Maria Barragan; his daughter Yvonne Barragan; his son Thomas Barragan (Yvette); and his son John Paul Barragan (Yvonne).
Tomas was preceded in death by his daughter Crystal Martinez.
He is also survived by ten grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and his siblings Joe Barragan and Licha Vasquez.
A visitation for Tomas will be held Monday, November 13, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Hillcrest Funeral Home, 1060 North Carolina Drive, El Paso, TX 79915. A rosary will occur Monday, November 13, 2023 at 7:00 PM, 1060 North Carolina Dr., El Paso, Texas 79915. A funeral mass will occur Tuesday, November 14, 2023 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 1050 N Clark Dr, El Paso, TX 79905. A graveside service will occur Tuesday, November 14, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave, El Paso, TX 79906.
