Tomasa Torres

Tomasa Torres, 90, was called by our Lord Jesus Christ to receive her Victor’s crown after serving Christ for 55 years. She was a member of the church Puerta Del Cielo pastored by Marco Antonio Aguirre. She is preceded in death by her daughter: Gregoria Vasquez de Felix; mother: Jovita Hernandez; father: Jose Torres; and husband: Anasatacio Vasquez. Tomasa is survived by her brother: Julian Torres Hernandez; sons: Isidro Vasquez (Maria de los Angeles), Augustin Vasquez (Maria Vasquez); daughters: Maria Mercedes Vasquez (Jesus Godoy Nava), Maria Trujillo (Daniel Trujillo), Maria Antonia Moreno (Salvador Moreno). She loved and cherished all of her 26 grandchildren & 48 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 14, 2015 from 5:00 to 9:00 pm at Hillcrest Funeral Home-Carolina with a Prayer Service at 7 pm. Funeral Service will be Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at 12:30 pm at Hillcrest Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery.
