Antonio Ignacio Mercado (you probably know him as Tony) who entered eternal life on Wednesday, October 14, 2020. Tony was born July 5, 1978 to Ignacio Mercado and Socorro Sanchez. We were blessed to hear and learn many valuable lessons from Tony during his 42 years of life.
Tony worked at Boeing for 22 years as a manufacturing manager took pride in his job and was a friend to all those whose path he crossed. He will be remembered by his never-ending DIY projects at 2am in the morning, his love for music, cars, and Koi fish.
Tony was a man of faith whose family was of out most importance and pride. He often reflected on his family and children and would say, “It takes a village”. Tony was a loving son, father, brother, uncle and friend to all those around him, he will be forever missed.
Left to cherish his memories are his parents; Ignacio and Socorro Mercado; son John Anthony Mercado; daughter Ariana Arely Mercado; Sisters Erika Bodiford, Claudia Mercado, Rosalia Mercado; 4 nephews and 1 niece. All to whom he was like another father to and who will forever be “His Village”.
