Tony J. Ortega Jr., 72, passed away 4/8/2016 with his wife, daughter and nephew by his side. He was taken home in the arms of God to be made whole again and is now our angel in heaven watching over us. Mr. Ortega was devoted to God and family. He was a loving husband, father, son, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. He was a man of honor and our hero. He was a Vietnam Veteran receiving three purple hearts during his time of service. He worked 38 years for Safeway Stores INC. Mr. Ortega is survived by his wife, Karen L. Ortega, his daughter, Monica Ortega-Stuble, grandson, Joseph Antonio Ortega, father, Tony Ortega Sr., sisters, Josie Sanchez and Mary Francis Williams and numerous nephews and nieces. Memorial Services will be held May 14, 2016 at 1:30 PM at St. Luke Catholic Church, 930 Redd RD, El Paso, Texas 79912.
