Victoriano Ramirez Perez, 67, passed away on July 9, 2026 in El Paso, Texas. He is survived by his wife, Guadalupe Carreon; his sons, Jesus Olivares and Diego Olivares; and his daughters-in-law, Maricela Olivares and Valerie Olivares. He is also survived by Fidelina Chun Perez, his mother, as well as 4 Grandchildren and 8 Siblings. He was preceded in death by his father, Juan Ramirez and 3 Siblings.

Visitation will be held at Funeraria del Angel Restlawn Funeral Home, 8817 Dyer, El Paso, TX 79904, on July 15, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm with Funeral Service at 7:00 pm.
