Virginia H. Jacquez, age 72, passed away on May 3, 2022 in El Paso, Texas. She was the wife of
Ralph Jacquez. They met when they were 16 years old and shared 44 years of marriage together.
Born in El Paso, Texas, Virginia, was the daughter of Daniel and Candelaria P. Hernandez. She graduated from Ysleta High School and was a proud Ysleta Indian. Virginia worked at Target for over 16 years as a Target team member and, prior also worked at Speaking Rock as a cocktail busser.
Virginia attended Abundant Living Faith Center and was a volunteer mom at Sageland Elementary and Bel Air High School. Virginia's priority was always her family. She had her faith, played candy crush, she learned to text message, loved her sweets, chocolates shakes, and country music. She will be remembered as a person who was loving, funny, caring and could carry on a conversation, and was loved by all who knew her and her down to earth fun and honest personality.
She is survived by her husband Ralph, children Erica Yvonne Jacquez and Daniel Jacquez, and her Grandson Drake Antonio Jacquez, also her brother Edward Hernandez. She was preceded in death by her parents Daniel and Candelaria Hernandez.
The Celebration of Life will be held on June 16, 2022 from 5:00 pm to 9:00, Eulogy will be at 7:00 pm at Hillcrest Funeral Home on 1060 N Carolina Dr El Paso, Texas.
Inurnment will be held on June 17, 2022 at 9:30 am at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
