William Foster Herlihy, age 87, of El Paso, Texas passed away on Sunday, March 21, 2021. William was born August 6, 1933 in Newport News, Virginia.

William is survived by his wife, Antonieta Herlihy; sons Ramon Marquez, Jose Marquez, and Mario Marquez and numerous grandchildren.

A graveside service for William will be held Friday, May 21, 2021 at 9:30 AM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave, Fort Bliss, Texas 79906.
