William J. Mulligan

William John Mulligan went to be with his Lord October 26, 2014 after a long brave battle with Parkinson’s disease. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Gloria Pearson and brother Jesus Martinez. He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years JoAnn, their children Sonya Annala-Kelley and W. Craig Mulligan, grandchildren Jordan and Kendall Kelley, Shaylyn and Chase Mulligan and Travis Annala. He is also survived by his siblings Edward Mulligan Jr., Aimee Woodruff, Fernie Bermudez and Toni Rubio.

As an automotive Executive, William worked for General Motors, American Motors and Chrysler, living is Southern California, Mexico City, Detroit, MI and Beijing, China before retiring to his beloved Upper Valley home in 1992. William was happiest when with his family and friends, all of whom were blessed to have known him.

The family would like to thank the staff of Home Sweet Home Elder Care and Envision Hospice for their kind and loving care.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 30, 2014 from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm with a funeral service at 1:30pm at Martin Funeral Home West, 128 N. Resler Dr., with Pastor Dr. Robert Nickell officiating. Interment to follow at Memory Gardens of the Valley Cemetery
