William L. Whitley

William is survived by his wife, Shirley Whitley; his sons Jay Whitley, Christopher Whitley and William Arthur Whitley; his daughters Sheri Mills, June Pinson, Stacy Higgins and Amanda Hoover; and his sister Anna Chandler; extended family and friends.

William was preceded in death by his father William Thomas Whitley and his mother Enice Victoria Crow Whitley.

Visitation for William will be held Thursday, February 8, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Restlawn, 8817 Dyer Street, El Paso, Texas 79904. Graveside service will be Friday, February 9, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Avenue, El Paso, Texas 79906.
