Eustacio Baena Estrada

Throughout his life’s journey, he faced many challenges, meeting each one with strength and courage that remained unbroken until his very last day. He was a remarkably hardworking and loyal man, but above all, he was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend.

Family was the most important thing to him. His greatest joy came from spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren, while also remaining deeply connected to his brothers, sisters, cousins, in-laws, and extended family. He loved traveling to visit family and always looked forward to the precious time they could spend together.

Some of his happiest moments were found in the simplest things, whether it was a relaxed backyard cookout, going out to eat, or simply sitting together with the people he loved. To him, there was no better way to spend a day than sharing a good meal, having meaningful conversations about life, laughing together, and sharing cherished memories from his years living in Mexico.

Eustacio lived his life with an open heart and a deep sense of love and respect for others. He believed in treating people with kindness, being there for those he loved, and lending a helping hand whenever he could. These were not just values he spoke about. They were values he lived by every day and passed on to his children. Through his example, he taught them to face life’s challenges with strength, kindness, love, and respect for others.

To his children, he was so much more than a father. He was their role model, someone they looked up to throughout their lives, and one of their greatest inspirations. To them, their dad was the most loving and caring person they had ever known. They admired his strength, his kindness, the way he loved and cared for his family, and the respect he showed to those around him. His example helped shape the people they are today, and the love, lessons, and values he gave them will remain with them always.

His grandchildren also held a very special place in his heart and brought him so much happiness. His warmth, generosity, and the love he gave so freely will continue to live on through his family and the generations that follow.

Eustacio will be deeply missed and forever remembered with so much love by his family and lifelong friends. His presence can never be replaced, but the love he gave, the memories he created, and the impact he had on the lives of those who knew him will remain in their hearts forever.

Visitation will be held at Providence-Jones Family Funeral Home, 604 Hwy 95 North, Elgin, TX 78621, US, on September 30, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm. A Prayer Service will follow at Providence-Jones Family Funeral Home on September 30, 2026, from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm.

A Funeral Service will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 302 W 11th St, Elgin, TX 78621, US, on October 1, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, with Graveside services at Elgin Latin Cemetery, 305 Ochoa St, Elgin, TX 78621, US, on October 1, 2026, from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm.
